Double Down Daredevils

The Double Down Daredevils, like many Minnesota Bluegrass bands, met at a MBOTMA festival in 2015. During late night campfire jams, Tom, Nathan and Tim formed the friendship that would later become the band.
Born out of a love for traditional bluegrass, our group now includes 6 performers including Brin Petersen, Phil Nusbaum and Mary Ellen Fox. As we each brought our diverse backgrounds to the bands soundscape, the focus has expanded to a mix of traditional and progressive Bluegrass, Country and Americana.
Honky Tonk Jump Dance Party

Honky-Tonk Jump plays swingin' Texas dance hall music in the tradition of Bob Wills, Milton Brown, Ernest Tubb and Spade Cooley with a sprinkling of Hank Williams and other early honky-tonk legends. This band rustles up a rhythm roundup with accordion, twin fiddles, guitar, pedal steel, mandolin, bass, drums and vocals. Their music features signature twin and triple leads on accordion, fiddle, pedal steel and guitar with soulful vocals, all backed by a hard-swingin’ rhythm section. This band has fun and it’s contagious!

Bonfire Music Group recording artists The Roe Family Singers are a veteran hard-core old-time band from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Led by wife and husband duo Kim and Quillan Roe, the band marries old-time sounds from barn-dances, fiddle pulls, and county fairs with a punk-rock sensibility and delivery.
For over 20 years they’ve been mixing their original music with contemporary takes on old-time and traditional tunes into one rolling and rollicking river of fresh yet familiar American music. Every performance raises a ruckus.
Lake Monsters Bluegrass Karaoke

The Lake Monsters are friends from many bluegrass and acoustic music bands from the Upper Midwest that got together for a monthly gig at Lake Monster Brewery in the summer of 2023. At the end of the summer we were having so much fun we decided to keep it going. The idea is simple, straight ahead classic bluegrass. Songs we all know and play when we\’re just jamming and doing it for the fun of it.
